Thank you for using Mailotte. These Terms of Service reflect the way Mailotte operates, the laws that apply to our company, and the principles we have always held to be true. By using our services, you agree to these terms — please read them carefully. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, define the relationship between you and Mailotte. Mailotte is operated by MAILOTTE LTD, a company incorporated in England and Wales (company number 17119010), whose registered office is at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. References to “Mailotte,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean MAILOTTE LTD.
Mailotte provides privacy-focused email services, including sending, receiving, and storing electronic mail, plus related features such as contact management, calendar, storage, and email organisation tools. Do not misuse our services. You may use our services only as permitted by law. We may suspend or stop providing our services to you if you do not comply with our terms or policies or if we are investigating suspected misconduct.
To use Mailotte, you need an account, and you choose a username that becomes your email address (username@mailotte.com). You must be at least 16 years of age (or the minimum age required in your country to consent to the processing of personal data). Keep your password confidential — you are responsible for activity on your account. If you use Mailotte on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
We may send you service announcements, administrative messages, security alerts, and other information in connection with your use of our services. You may opt out of some of these, but certain notices — such as security alerts and legal notices — are mandatory for as long as you use the service.
You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights you hold in the content you create, send, and store using Mailotte. When you use our services, you give Mailotte a limited licence to use that content solely to operate, provide, and improve our services. We do not scan your email content for advertising or marketing. Our automated systems may analyse content to provide features (such as spam filtering, malware detection, and search) and to detect abuse, solely within our EU-based infrastructure.

Mailotte offers free and paid plans.
We may add or remove features, and we may suspend or stop a service. You can stop using our services at any time by deleting your account. If we discontinue a service, we will give reasonable advance notice and an opportunity to export your data, except where doing so would pose a security risk, be impractical, or violate the law.
You may delete your account at any time through your Account Settings; we will then remove your personal data in accordance with our data retention policy and GDPR. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially or repeatedly violate these terms, if required by law, or if your conduct causes harm to others or to Mailotte.
The Mailotte service, including its design, logos, trademarks, software, and documentation, is owned by MAILOTTE LTD and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you the right to use the Mailotte name, branding, or logos without our prior written consent. You retain ownership of the content you create and send.
We provide our services with a commercially reasonable level of skill and care and aim for high availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Other than as expressly set out in these terms, the services are provided “as is.”
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mailotte shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms affects your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer under the law of your country of residence; if you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a prominent notice within our services at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
