Questions
Can I use Mailotte if I'm not in Europe?
Yes. Mailotte is for anyone who wants a private inbox, anywhere. We host in the EU because it’s the strongest privacy jurisdiction — that protection travels with your mail.
Is my email end-to-end encrypted?
Mail is encrypted in transit and at rest by default. For full end-to-end encryption, turn on PGP (beta). We never sell your mail, profile it for ads, or use it to train AI — either way.
Where does the AI run?
On our own private infrastructure in Europe — never a third-party AI cloud. If the AI is ever unavailable, you still get your raw inbox.
Do I need a credit card to try it?
No. The 14-day trial unlocks everything with no card. If you don’t upgrade, you simply move to the Free plan.
Can I bring my own domain?
Custom domains are coming to Haven. When they land you’ll be able to send and receive at your own domain — EU-hosted and DKIM-signed. Want early access? Let us know.
Can I move my old email over?
