Can I use Mailotte if I'm not in Europe?
Yes. Mailotte is for anyone who wants a private inbox, anywhere. We host in the EU because it's one of the strongest privacy frameworks in the world — that protection travels with your mail.
What happens when the trial ends?
If you don't upgrade, you simply move to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted, and we never ask for a card up front.
Is my email end-to-end encrypted?
Mail is encrypted in transit and at rest by default. For optional message encryption, turn on PGP (beta). We never sell your mail, profile it for ads, or use it to train AI — either way.
Can I bring my own domain?
Yes. Custom domains are included with Haven. Add your domain, publish the generated DNS records, and verify it before sending or receiving mail.
Is there a student discount?
Yes. Verified students get a discount on Zen and Haven — contact us with your student email.
