For a small team with its own domain, Zoho's Free plan covers up to five people at no cost. S/MIME is available for signing and encrypting individual messages, and admins get real control over which AI models run. If you are setting up email for an organisation, that is the job Zoho Mail is built for.
Where the difference is real, not marketing
